Safe Spaces is a network of organisations offering same day urgent mental health support for anyone aged 7 and over, including children, young people, adults and older adults in emotional distress or crisis. 

You can come to us for support with whatever you're going through—we're here to listen and help.

 Some of the things people talk to us about include:

  • Overwhelming feelings of worry or fear

  • Panic that feels hard to control

  • Thoughts of suicide or self-harm

  • Deep feelings of sadness or hopelessness

  • Feeling disconnected from yourself or the world around you

You don’t need a diagnosis or a referral—if you’re struggling, we’re here for you.
